Configure LAN (multiplayer) counter strike 1.6

Can someone tell me how to configure the LAN using wireless router to play counter strike 1.6 in multiplayer? Plug and play worked for Warcraft but it did not work for counter strike. Other users connected to the network cannot detect the game server.

you need to put CS1.6 on your firewall exceptions.
